Where are Lumora clothes made?
Every design is developed and stitched by our own family atelier — not dropshipped. We produce in small batches, so popular sizes can sell out.
What is the difference between stitched and unstitched?
Stitched pieces arrive ready to wear in the size you select. Unstitched / one-size sets are fabric lengths (and sometimes separate pieces) for your tailor. Check the product page for pieces (1 / 2 / 3) and stitch type.
How do I choose my size?
Open the size chart on the product page (chest, waist, hip, lengths in inches). We also list model height and the size worn. If you are between sizes or unsure, WhatsApp us on +92 316 4003346 with your usual size and measurements — we will suggest a fit.
How should I care for the fabric?
Care notes are on each product (e.g. gentle wash, dry clean). When in doubt, cold wash inside-out and air dry. Embellished or formal pieces often need dry cleaning.
Do you offer free delivery?
Free delivery. Delivery in 2–5 working days across Pakistan
How does cash on delivery work?
COD is available across Pakistan. We confirm every COD order on WhatsApp or phone before dispatch so the parcel goes to the right address.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and bank transfer. Prepaid methods may include a checkout discount when advertised.
What is your exchange policy?
You have 7 days from delivery to request an exchange on unworn items with tags attached. Altered or custom-stitched pieces cannot be exchanged unless faulty. Full details are on the Exchange policy page.
Can I return an item for a refund?
We prioritise size exchanges when stock allows. Refunds are considered for faulty or incorrect items, and case-by-case for eligible unworn tagged pieces. Contact us with your order number on WhatsApp.
