These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases from Lumora (lumoras.org) for delivery inside Pakistan. 1. Orders and acceptance By placing an order you confirm that the delivery details and phone number you provide are accurate. We may call or WhatsApp you to confirm cash-on-delivery (COD) orders before dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if stock is unavailable, details cannot be verified, or we suspect misuse. 2. Pricing and payment Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Shipping and any COD collection fee are shown at checkout before you confirm. Available methods may include COD, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and bank transfer. Prepaid methods may include a discount where advertised at checkout. 3. Shipping We ship within Pakistan only. Delivery usually takes 3–7 days after dispatch, depending on your city and the courier. You are responsible for being available to receive the parcel or arranging an alternate receiver. 4. Product information Listings describe the product we intend to ship. Catalog items can change as stock updates. If we must substitute or cancel an item, we will contact you. 5. Returns Returns and exchanges follow our Return & Exchange Policy (/returns), including the 7-day window for eligible unused items. 6. Liability To the extent allowed by Pakistani law, Lumora is not liable for indirect losses arising from delayed delivery, courier handling after handover, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. 7.
